What’s the O-T thinking?

1. Observe the school speed
2. Take it up half way between school and normal limits.
3. Speed limit
4. Ain’t no cops around, speed

Instead of being a damn lazy a-hole, why not look up the law? Google makes it real simple even for idiots like you.

I remember when that Church on River Road wouldn't stop their flashing light, and I believe the city finally snipped it and revoked their sign for a while.

They will still send you a citation through the mail from a camera atop the flashing lights if you exceed the school speed limit. Doesn't matter that school isn't in session. You WILL obey the law, and the law says that you have to slow down when the lights are flashing. That's how many municipalities rake in that extra cash for the holidays.

I'm not slowing down if there are no students. The high school that I pass daily going to/from work gets out half days during mid-terms and finals, but the lights are always on at 4:00 that week. I don't slow down unless there are people in front of me. I'll appeal that ticket all day long.
