I cry tears of joy everytime the school from Lafayette does their very best and makes a mid December bowl game and maybe beats the runner up from the WAC or American Conference. Or when the school that represents Southwest Louisiana makes a baseball regional and those little guys just try so hard and sometimes they win a game or two and make it to Sunday of the regional. That’s such a huge accomplishment for a little school like that to be competitive with the teams that actually have a chance to win something. Those kids sure do bring their lunch pales and drink out of the water hose.

Threads like this make it easier to pinpoint the McNeese grads that support da tigers over their alma mater. Exciting times for Ryan St High where they can wear LSU garb to their home games. I'm happy for them.

I think the only thing probably eating Jay up right now is we finally did the right thing and fired Bob Marlin. Jay Walker thinks those Cajuns fans who wanted the Marlin Entitlement Circle gone are idiots.
