Bama Fan here...
I went to the Oregon - MIchigan from the BH in 2007.
Positives - the bratwurst served within the stadium. Awesome.
Negatives - it is probably my experience in the SEC but the crowd and stadium was just not that imposing. Really disappointed.
Go on State Street before the game. Where all the fraternities are. Nice little block party. Good times / good ladies.

It would be good. We need a tune up game early in the season.
Should have switched them out with App State last year.

It may with Miles' connection. Seems like it does with our head coaches. Curley v USM; DiNardo v Notre Dame. Maybe not Saban v Michigan State

The reason, IMHO, is that Michigan Stadium is a single-tier, very shallow bowl. (If you're in the top row, a phone call to the bench is a long-distance call).
I'm sure much of this is correct, but I'm telling you...the fans are sedated! There were a few that really were in to the game...and many sitting on their duffs looking like they were watching a frickin' parade. It was surreal.

Would love to see Miles run a fake punt up by 35pts. Rich Rod.

Michigan would be a downgrade from teams like App St.. Sorry.

I like all this tune up game shite yall are saying. The sad part is its true at this point in time. I have been to the BH and DV many times and i will say DV is a far more better expierence

What teams would be a good out of conference game besides the obvious power houses.
Arizona?
Clemson?
Oregon?
Michigan?
Miami?
North Carolina?
Nebraska?
Penn State?
Rutgers?
West Virginia?
Wisconsin?
Boise State? Or is this a lose/lose situation?

"Only if McGuffie transfers to LSU could this happen since he's already announced he's transferring from Michigan. Or I guess whatever team he decides to transfer to plays LSU over the next 3 years."
He's already signed with Rice.
