I’ve never seen the refs miss the end of a quarter timeout.

Yep. The first kick should have counted. The refs literally just gifted the Foreskins points.

I’m pretty sure that is not reviewable, but on the fly they decided to reverse. If no whistle the quarter continues.

It won’t be. Maybe if it happened in Bills/Lions, but not in this.

That’s the point. None of the refs were paying attention to the clock. The 3rd was over for about 3 seconds and still let him kick.

But the game clock ran out by 2-3 seconds.
Then let Washington re-kick A MISSED kick. The quarter should have ended. I’ve never seen a play done over bc of the refs mistake.
