Texas Bowl Tailgating - Any Details?

Does anyone know what policy there is regarding tailgating for the upcoming bowl game in Houston?
Trying to find anything stated online and turning up nothing.
The Houston Texans tailgating policy is linked here but previous experiences have proved that not to directly apply.

Normally for Texans games, the parking lots open 4 hours before kickoff. Last time, there were some hosted by the bowl parties open for a price in the parking lots

Last time we tailgated 4hours prior in the parking lot no issues. Bregman held his own tailgate with Breggy Bomb with free food and drinks. He may do the same agin with the relaunch of his Wild Sol brand.

Based on history I can't seeing it change much from the Texans standard. They might open the lots up an hour earlier.

No issues with tailgating. Find your parking place and get after it.
