Do they only make money from tv? Literally nobody in stands outside of Maui and it seems the amount of tournaments grow. Must be tv as source of money right? Do teams really like playing in front of 500 fans total? Went to the LSU game in Vegas vs St. Marys and thought the attendance was bad but every early season tourny game is like that now.

The crowds at several of the Players Era Festival games have been good.

I watched Alabama & Houston, some of Rutgers & Notre Dame, and Alabama & Rutgers. The two Bama games vs. Houston & Rutgers were as entertaining as any college games I've seen. Those teams all have some NBA caliber players on them.

Rutgers has two freshmen that are NBA players. Bama & Houston have some NBA guys too.

I'm glad they're on Max. I'll be watching football Saturday, but will be able go stream them on Max at my leisure.

MSU’s women played Utah last night in the Cayman Islands tournament and the attendance was sad. There are more people that attend my county’s high school girl’s regular season games.

Something else that's different about the tournament. This tournament has NIL benefits for the players.

Pretty sure each team is getting a million dollars of NIL money to split up among their players. Could be more NIL opportunities for them too.
