When coaches if BK longevity hit rough patches they always go with familiarity. Rees is TE coach/passing game coach at the Browns. BL having the play sheet lately speaks opposite to his stated 100% complete confidence in Joe Sloan as a play caller. He and Rees worked for 3 years together and was high on list to join BK here. With unlimited on field coaches now, don’t be surprised to see an effort to reunite. I know I know sauces but this should be no surprise to anyone paying attention. 8-4, 7-5 seasons necessitate pivots.

Is that call before or after Joe Brady?

I’d take Rees. Browns somewhat look nice with no more Watson.

He’s not top of the board though

A real good take Reese is young but has been stung the block a few times .

Joe Brady is going to get a nfl head coaching job out of this coaching cycle. His rise is nothing short of incredible

How bout we don’t grab anyone simply because they have a prior connection to Kelly?

There’s a lot of talented OCs out there that would be salivating to work with LSUs talent.

We don’t need to settle for a guy that keeps getting passed around like Riley Reid.

Not saying that’s the best route but don’t be surprised if the topic comes up. He had a yr as off asst with Chargers. Also, he was at ND with Kelly from 17-22, then Saban hired him as OC in 23’, and he was not kept on by DeBoer so is in first year with Cleveland. Not many stops compared to most asst coaches as he is young.

Not even close. Joe Brady has spent the majority of his career in the NFL and hated recruiting. He wants to spend his career there.

Rees is the exact opposite and has a relationship with Brian Kelly.

Much more likely for Rees to come here than Brady.
