Jesus Christ I love when our fans are just mentally challenged before he reclassified and came to us early

COLIN HURLEY WAS THE NUMBER 1 QB IN 2025
HE IS ALSO STILL YOUNGER THAT UNDERWOOD

So I don’t wanna hear this dumb arse whining about how we don’t have good QBs on the roster

51% completion percentage his JR year is not a ringing endorsement.

He can improve but this #1 QB rhetoric is false

Hurley is not a dual threat... FYI

Not saying he's not going to be good, but no dual threat

I think Hurley will be great.

QB position isn't the problem

I’d like to believe as well, but there’s no way to know if he’s the guy until he steps onto the field.

This is some crazy cope. Hurley would’ve been around 6-7 in this class likely. He isn’t better than Underwood.

Don't think this part is a positive. It makes him a project that hopefully is productive for a year or two at the end.

I’m confused at where I mentioned him being a dual threat?

I said he has accuracy issues

But we probably won't be alright with Brian Kelly leading the team

Are the accuracy issues the result of dropped passes and pushing the ball downfield? If so, 51% may not be as bad as it appears. I lot of context is needed. Some high school coaches want to force deep passes as an offensive philosophy. In the Spring, from the little I saw, he looked like the second best passer putting him ahead of Collins. We don’t know, but we’ll eventually find out.

Hurley had a bad Jr year and skipped his senior year of high school. He also didn't have a great Sping. What worries me is how he's 4th on the depth chart as far as we know.
