What do the players play for now?

• No chance at playoffs
• No chance at SEC championship appearance
• Most likely going to a very mid bowl game.
• Definitely some disconnect with coaching - players going to play for Kelly for the remainder of the season?
Are we going to start seeing "injuries" (opt outs) over the next few weeks?
What a disaster.

Most of these guys are competitors that play just to play. You don’t spend your whole life getting where they are only to quit bc you can’t make the playoff. You may have a couple of opt outs but that is expected.
