I think we're seeing the same thing we have seen with our last two coaches. The don't get/keep/develop enough talent. No depth - our 1s are average at best and our 2s are very bad - when any starter gets hurt we drop off a lot!

If the best talent level we could have was 5 and the worst was 1, here is how I would rate our talent:

QB - 3
RB - 2.5
WR - 4
TE - 3.75
OL - 3.5

DL - 2.5
DE - 3.75
LB - 3
DB - 2.75

P - 2.5
PK - 2.5
R - 3

What ya got ?

WRs are not 4’s.

TE is 4-4.5 imo

ain't no way the WR's are a 4. I'm not sure any of them will catch on in the NFL. They are nothing special.

Everyone is piling on Nuss, but the OL is absolute garbage up the middle, the playcalling is horrendous, and the WRs are average, at best. A one dimensional offense will never work against good D.

Put Nuss with a balanced offense with at least one elite wr, and he would excel.

also, you got the DB's higher than the DL? Did you go to the BK school of evaluation?

Solid ratings.

We need to spend some cheese to get some talent in BR.
