I watch a lot of NBA, but I don’t pay attention to the bench, but I have been more this year since most of the pelicans good players are on it

The camera is always showing CJ and Herb Jones but never Zion. Is he not coming to the games or is he just sitting in the back incognito? I know he missed a few games ago under “doctors orders“ Which made no sense since he had a strain hamstring and played two days later.

If he is skipping the games, is this normal? I’m trying to figure out what level of outrage I need for this.

Yes and no? Hurt guys will usually be at the home games but maybe not every one. Some don’t travel on road games probably due to a recommendation from docs, others do. It really depends on the injury and person.

Lakers guys usually show up but it probably means more to them than it would to a poverty franchise player.

He can’t slide into DMs on the bench.

I don't understand not going to the game. I get it if you can't walk b/c you're injury just happened. I get it for away games if you are doing rehab that needs to be done in the home city, but if you aren't absolutely needed for that purpose, then why the hell wouldn't you be at the game?

Zion was at the game last night. He was in the back getting treatment during the first half and was on the bench after half.

The NBA has given the players all the power and they've taken it and taken advantage of it - and not in a good way.
