It's beyond concerning that the place where government power resides (along with all the government workers) favors one party by a margin of 92%. For context, Putin won his last election by 88%.

What’s the issue with DC being a liberal town? Most agency employees live outside the city anyway. If you spread out all of the government, aside from the cost you’d be strengthening the case for DC or statehood.
