I seriously don't think that judge is that stupid. If he has ANY level of self preservation, he won't attempt to jail Trump.

You dumb if you think a judge is about to put a newly president elect in prison based off made up charges. Those charges are about to disappear quicker than Kamala did last night

Nothing I have observed over the last 8+ years leads me to believe that logic and reason will prevail when it comes to what Dems will try to damage Trump.

If I was him, I would go to fricking jail just so I could be sworn in there. Then I would pardon myself. It would be a badge of honor.
