It’s called as no but with 95% reporting Yes is up 1.2M. Am I missing something or it going to pass

I believe it needs 60% - at least that’s why the abortion bill failed at 53% yes.

I voted for it my wife against it. People are fricking tired of every big city smelling like weed. Nothing to do with pot anymore and 100% to do with the smell, that’s all I heard all day long today.

Yeah they changed it in 2006 to require 60% of the vote to pass. The funny part is that change only got 57%.

Medicinal marijuana is ridiculously easy to get in FL already. Really wasn’t necessary.

I’ve read it didn’t get support because it was essentially written by big weed companies. It limited who could grow amongst other things. So not quite full legalization.

I voted in favor of legal weed in Florida even though I never have smoked weed once in my life. But I am not going to lose any sleep over it. I couldn't stand smelling weed everywhere I go when I lived in Las Vegas and its already bad enough here in Miami.
