1. Princeton (28 National Titles)
They even out-Bama in Claiming National Titles....
1869 Princeton....
The team finished with a 1–1 record and was retroactively named national champions by the Billingsley Report and National Championship Foundation.

I'd probably say Ohio St mostly because they haven't had an extended period of being really bad like the others.

Oklahoma or Ohio State. Go look at their year by year records, it’s astonishing how few truly bad seasons they each have.

Of those two, it's definitely OU.
They are only 2nd to Alabama in lack of priorities.

Notre Dame still leads NFL draft picks All-Time...
USC is #2
Ohio State is #3
Oklahoma is #4
Michigan and Alabama are #5.
Greatest Programs are what they contribute to the game of football overall.... Not just subjective/claimed Poll Titles. These are the Greatest Programs that built the NFL as the pipeline.
