I haven’t played FF7: Rebirth yet so going with that one. Supposed to look and play great on the pro

The fist was a good but flawed/bloated experience. I hope this one doesn't have as much tedious backtracking

Anything released prior to the pro is a nice bonus, but you know pretty much anything released subsequently is going to run like arse on the base PS5 as the "pro" becomes the lead platform.

Just look at the new Monster Hunter

I did not like the first as much as I expected and put it on easy at the end just to finish. Really hope Rebirth is better

Same if I can find a disc drive. I got a few hours in it and stopped, hated the combat, hope it gets better.

Even without the Pro patch, RE4 Remake now runs at 60fps in Resolution Mode + RT + Hair.

Got mine. So frustrated because the data won’t transfer. I’ve got a LAN cable connecting them but only my usernames transferred, none of my game data

I'm wondering what the consensus will be for the best order to do things (i.e., should you update your PS5 Pro before adding the disc drive and transferring the M.2?).

I think Digital Foundry said if you install the M.2 in the Pro before turning it on for the first time, all the games already on the M.2 will be fine? Going to have to read Reddit horror stories to figure out the best order to do everything

As an update it’s impossible to transfer over all your data like screenshots. I’m livid

Also why isn’t that all saved in the Cloud like everything else??? F*ck Sony

If you own a PS5, PS4 Pro, or a PS4 console, you can transfer your data to your new console. Before you start the transfer, make sure your original console is updated to the latest system software and you’ve synced your trophy information. On both your original console and your PS5 Pro, sign in on your PlayStation Network account . You can transfer your user information, games downloaded to your console’s hard drive or SSD, save data, and select console settings if both consoles are connected to the same network. Go to Settings > System > System Software, select Data Transfer > Continue then follow the on-screen instructions.

Screenshots and videos should all be on the cloud

I downloaded a game and the save was there but the screenshots and videos aren’t

I'd imagine it's gonna take a while to all sync over. As soon as you screenshot or record something, it gets uploaded to the network and you can view on the PS App on your phone. I just think there's some kind of delay for the console given how much is getting brought over. Check the ps5 subreddit and see if anyone has figured it out

Thanks.

Seems like everyone is having an issue. I can see my old screenshots on my old PS5 but not anywhere else
