It’s 100% scheme, Sloan is a horrible OC

Our OC is mediocre, at best, and that is being very generous.

He handcuffs the ground game with horrible play calling, then Kelly tries to blame it on lack of execution. The plays are so ridiculously unimaginative and easy to defend because our opponents know exactly what's coming. I pray to God that Kelly recognizes this and goes out and gets an experienced OC in the off-season.

They also have a running QB. Completely different dynamic.

Good scheme and a QB who uses his legs will give you that

South Carolina's QB is their leading rusher with 32 yards on 3 carries.

SC's scheme involves a running QB. Our QB won't run.

Sloan is handcuffed because Nuss won't run.

True, but our OC should call plays that maximize the personnel we have. Nuss is not going to run, so Sloan needs to scheme around that, but he doesn't.

bullshite. We're not the only freaking team in CFB with a QB with limited mobility. A good OC schemes around this team's weaknesses. Sloan calls dive plays up the middle on every second down like clockwork. No imagination. No adjustments. He's a garbage OC and was a lazy hire by BK.

We get it man, you don’t have to post it 4 times. Surely you understand that Nuss and Reed are different types of quarterbacks right?

You say, "scheme around it", like it's easy.

Have you seen Texas's rushing since Ewers csme back and Manning isn't playing?

Have you seen UGA rushing with Carson Beck at the helm?

Go watch Florida rushing with Lagway playing vs when Mertz was playing.

Miss St doesn't have a running QB, and they are bad.

Oklahoma's OL has been their problem though. They had that problem before the season started.

It's clear as day that a QB that can run makes everything easier. LSU makes it easy on defenses because Nuss is one dimensional.

That’s the biggest load of bullshite I’ve heard in a while. Nuss being a non-mobile QB has nothing to do with the horrific playcalling by Sloan.

I’ve yet to see anyone mention our soft as Charmin offensive line. Great at pass block but they can’t run block at all. We’re a soft, finesse team.
