That's a them problem. Why voters shouldn't be required to pass the same basic civics test that prospective immigrants must pass before they're granted citizenship is a mystery.

Landownership, tax payer, IQ test, civics test, whatever....... But getting more people to vote and making it easier to vote aren't the answer.
