Willie Green needs to be fired today. Seriously bro, legit one of the worse coaches ever.

And I say this as a East side Detroit nga that smashed a niece of his about 12 years ago.
This dude sucks and the longer he is coaching the team, the deeper the hole they gotta climb out of becomes.
It seems like nobody on the team minds him or gives af about him as a leader. They are not tuned in when he talks (talks as a soft arse suburban church goer from 15 mile road instead of an inner city Detroiter), they just don't care for the dude.
Get the dude up out of here man. Im tired of watching this team and trash offensive scheme.
Erik Spolstra was bad before Bron came thru. Spo had similar problems to Willie, awful totations, weak personality, awful post halftime execution. How the Pels haven't won any games when trailing going into the 4th, Spo's Heat set a record that year for 3rd quarter scoring differential. They got slaughtered every single 3rd quarter, and it continued after Bron came. Spo was eventually able to turn this around. At the worse of that Heat team, he still was able to get the most out of D Wade (team was awful from top to bottom, no shooters, no bigs, no rebounders. Just Wade and Beasley).
Willie can't get the most out of anyone. Spo was a video coordinator dude, he had experience with the X's and O's and how to break those things down to players. Him and Willie share personality flaws, but Spo actually knows the X's and O's on a level that Willie has shown to not be able to reach.
This team is too good to risk keeping him as a coach. I think he has a week left at most.

He’ll be here for the whole season. Get used to it.
If we miss the playoffs he’ll probably get binned.
By now, achieving playoffs should be bare minimum.
With the rebuild head start we had in 2019… we should be a fricking dynasty force by now and some how we are still bang average, flirting with 6-10th every year.

My only thing is a lot of it is Willie, but you also have to look at upper management, ie David Griffin. He doesn't know what the hell he is doing. He has Willie there to take the fall for his bad decisions. Willie isn't going to say anything and that's why he is there.
A seasoned coach wouldn't take Griffin interference at all. This culture doesn't want to win. Most players that go to New Orleans will more than likely regress, plan and simple.

Willie’s biggest issue is he tells the players what he wants to do.
The players don’t do it.
Willie stands there with his arms crossed and holds nobody accountable

You are way off base.
Willie doesn’t have an offensive scheme.

Ha that’s laughable. Gayle owns the team. Same owner who hasn’t fired DA and you think they’ll fire Willie???haha funny!!

All they will do is put Borrego in that position. Someone else who will bow down to Griffin. Nothing will change. Cut the head and cure the body.

I have been one of the few that have not been on the fire Willie bandwagon. The problems are above Willie .
The roster he has currently with no Trey or Murray is worse than the roster he had last season .
However , we have played 3 bad teams and have been the worse team in 3 of the 4 games including 2 blowouts .
If we have another stinker , a move will need to be made if for no other reason than to send a message to the team and get their attention.
I for one don’t think Barrego will be any better . When your best player is an overweight , lazy , turnover machine the coach doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things.
The blame is on griff for being soft, missing tons of opportunities and/or wasting assets and constructing a roster that does but fit . It’s also on the supposed generational player that was going to be the foundation of the franchis. When you build on a shaky foundation you get a bad house .
