I have something that will work. It's Called
Cajun Power Systems CP-675
High Alkaline Truck wash. POPES ( NAPA) ) make's it!
This shite will make aluminum like brand new!
Warning this shite is strong! ( very strong) will remove paint if left on to long. But I used it when I sold my old aluminum boat an it made it look brand new. Just sprayed it on with a pump sprayer and scrubbed it with a camper wash brush and washed off. I use it on all of my farm equipment and four wheeler.
Best shite I ever use! I keep a couple of gallons at home.

Gracias. I’ll have to use it quick, cause my SeaArk is painted tan (original paint).

I would use a burr motor /die grinder with a buffing pad.

Not for your aluminum oxidation but after just hosing the boat down with just water I come back with a magic eraser and get all the scuff marks and other miscellaneous marks. The magic eraser is an excellent cleaning tool for boats IMO.
