Love some pork shoulder. Just picked up two today from kroger. Buy 1 get 1 free. Worked out to about $1.20/lb which is better than what I get from sams.
Got some over the top chili on right now. First time doing it, we'll see how it tastes.

How did it come out?
It was good. I did recteqs recipe. Would definitely do it again but would also be up to trying different variations of over the top chili. Had a smoky quality to it but not over powering and was very tasty. Did not seem "greasy" or anything.
