Any advice from you travel sages on how I should spend my time, besides watching LSU beat Ole Piss at 7:30am on Sunday? Bonus if someone can tell me where the LSU bar is located.

The boat on top of the Sands and the grounds all around that area are cool. Also, I'd take an extra few hours before flying out and check out all that Changi has to offer. That airport is incredible.
Singapore doesn't have all sorts of attractions, its just a clean, well run city all around. Its stunning how well master planned it is. A couple of cool museums and the likes, but nothing can think of outside of that.
If you had time, the 45 min flight to Kuala Lumpur and going to Patronas Towers is a sight to see, especially at night.

SG Botanic Gardens are beautiful. No shortage of hawker / food centres, obviously, but stop at Adam Food Centre before or after the Gardens. There's a stall with fantastic Nasi Lemak.
If you want Indian food, check out Tekka Centre. Neighborhood itself is meh, but great food in that Centre.
It's worth grabbing a drink / small bite on top of Marina Bay and walking Gardens by the Bay.

KL is awesome. A lot of great neighborhoods. My wife's dad side of family is from Malaysia, so I've gotten to know it relatively well.

The glass pyramid garden with 10,000 orchids was amazing. Best thing there.
