Looks like gonna be perfect days on the water. Hope to get on some fish. I’ll report back on Monday.

Fished Calcasieu yesterday and the wind out of the NNE at 15 made the main body white cap and it was rough. Went behind the weirs and caught a 3 man limit of Reds (12) in the 25/27" range and 6 specs. Good luck !

That's a nice haul! I hate trying to make that run to the weir in my aluminum boat. But good fishing in there.

Had trailer trouble so didn’t get down until afternoon. Caught 2 reds in Turner area. Had daughter with me so we chased birds. Caught at least hundred trout with one keeper. Tons of 11 and12”

Lots small fish every where
