of the other coaches being mentioned for other defensive asst positions at LSU ? Will Chavis make a push for Caldwell,and or Brooks to come from the Vols (not sure if they have taken something else already or not) ?

If we get those guys that would suck. A downgrade from Lane in coaching and recruiting imo.

Chavis should be able to have input in who is hired. If its his assistants so be it. Ogeron was being considered because of his La roots. Unless we can get Dunbar or another La coach, Chavis should have serve.

Been there, done that, time to move on ... unless and until Dunbar is ready to commit to coaching at the collegiate level.

The Bears just fired Haley. Bill Johnson from Denver is also available. He has Louisiana roots.
