Is cell service good enough to use phone as a hot spot or at least mirror your phone onto a fire stick?

I’ve been able to utilize my Verizon hotspot for the last couple of years without any issues.

If you are close enough to a building, you can get eduroam if you can get a students or faculty login. That’s what we use for streaming
