Anyone here have a 6 string banjo?

I had one a few years ago, but traded it off for something.
I played a nice one today, built by Deering, that is out of my price range, but it has me wanting another one.
Would like to find a decent one with a resonator back for $500 or so.
I've had my eye on the Luna Moonbird model, because it comes with humbucker pickup, but nobody ever seems to have them in stock.
Any other decent models in that price range?
I also want a hurdy gurdy, but the price of those has gone through the roof and I'm not even sure I could learn to play one.

I tried that, but they are just too damn small for me. Love to hear a great player though.
I like the sound of a uke too, in the hands of a good player, if they have good rhythm.
I like using acoustic instruments more and more these days, and like to mix the electric stuff in sparingly.
Hell, I wish I could play an accordion too.
