As I said in a thread earlier I hate this IVF proposal. Government shouldn’t pay for or mandate anything. It’s politically a good stance but ideologically it’s horrible.

This is not a great response for Trump on this question. He answered the question but it’s embedded inside of 4 different responses.

I get that for sure. I doubt he'd be able to get it passed through congress anyways, so I don't think there's much risk in this becoming a reality.

I will say that these are the type of policies you get when you let life long democrats into your champaign.

I don’t buy that excuse though. If you excuse this IVF stance as being just for the election then don’t we have to let Kamala’s price control proposal go as well? That will also never get through Congress.

ETA: I’m actually ok with making IVF a tax deduction. As long as it’s not a refundable tax credit or mandating insurance pay for it then that’s fine. I want everyone to pay as little in taxes as possible.

It’s absolutely to blunt the big IVF attack the democrats had during the DNC. That doesn’t mean I need to support it. I’m voting Trump but I, honestly, thought he was above playing politics.

It’s absolutely what he is doing and that’s ok. I just don’t like it.

This is a great format. An intelligent Trump supporter to keep him on point. Actually Tulsi needs to herd him more.

Absolutely. For everything Trump is great at town halls and debates are not his strong suits. He is too grandiose and does not like giving actual data.

Tulsi just did it she said with this 60% poll question. I just want Trump to use the strong data he has while he was president. Please just say what the black unemployment rate was, what the job participation rate was. It’s so easy but he defaults to grandiose language. That might work great in non-politics but it really doesn’t politically

Point in case. Why wouldn’t Russia have attacked Ukraine under him or HAMAS attacking Israel. Talk about the Abraham accords and what that was or how Russia was a pussy under Trump. It’s so easy.

Trump just called Walz weird 5 times in 30 seconds. I love it. Then talked about him wanting tampons in boys bathrooms and supporting letting babies die from bad abortions. This is where Trump excels.

Yea that was just over 30 minutes. I wonder why it was so short.
