Can we have the Women’s open talk here too?

Just like the Men’s open there’s a crazy wave difference. Basically the entire leaderboard went late/early.

That shot by Jiyai Shin into the road hole was so sick.

Lilia Vu is going for back to back Opens.

Jiyai Shin is going for her 3rd Open.

Lydia Ko might be retiring soon.

Korda is going for back to back majors.

I know I’m a nerd, but I think there are a ton of fun storylines.

I say this in the most respectful and least racist way possible, but I can’t keep up. The Asians all kind of run together.

I see this women’s tournament is still going on. am hoping they end this women’s golf coverage to switch to the BMW at 1:00pm.

Well. That didn’t happen. Pretty annoying.

ETA2: I gotta sit here and watch this chick miss 2 footers in the women’s AIG tournament instead of the men’s playoffs. SMH.

That’s the worst birdie attempt in the history of golf. Left it 4 feet short from 20 feet

I thought this last group of Vu and Shin were placed on the clock when I first started watching about an hour ago, but I don’t think they could have played the last three holes any slower. Agonizing to watch.

Scott hit the best bunker shot I’ve ever seen on 11. He was crazy to even try it

I met Michelle Wie personally at the Lotte Championship at Ko Olina Golf Club (I lived in a condo in that resort community; same one where the Pro Bowl players would stay at the old JW Marriott/current Four Seasons and where the Disney Aulani Resort is 20 miles west of Honolulu) in either 2013 or 2014. My buddy who was a Club Pro and worked part time for The Golf Channel introduced me. Of course she is from Hawaii. I lived there 5 years, part active duty Army and part civilian job after ETS

“ Burns posts a solid score”
————————————-

Indeed
Almost a bogey free round . I suppose I would have been shocked if he did have one .
Well done on a Sunday Sam .
18 would have been a cherry on top if that bunker shot would have fallen .

Keegan Bradley has been pretty solid for like 20 years now. Not as solid as Justin Rose during that time, but what a career he's had and still going strong.

Keegan is a very likable guy, especially if you watched how badly he wanted to be on the Ryder Cup team during season 2 of Full Swing on Netflix

I know Rose is 6 years older than Bradley, but he came on the scene in 1998.

Keegan didn’t really show up until 2011.
