What are you suing them for and who is it? I’ve consulted on dozens of solar company lawsuits.

Infenergy. False claims. Not one thing they told us has happened. By my calculations I spent about 3k more last year with the panels.

Hopefully you find the energy to get through this.

I’m not familiar with them. Are they the installer? Did you finance or cash?

I don’t want money. I’m willing to cut my losses. Just want the panels removed and the loan canceled.

Good luck but honestly, you’re fricked. The end game isn’t worth what you put into them upfront

I believe they are out of Shreveport but looks like the main office may be in Florida.

Who did you finance through? Be careful with demanding a removal. The roof penetrations are pretty good these days but the minimum wage crew patch work is not. I think you probably have an avenue through the finco but it’ll depend who it is.

The finance is thru a company called Launch. Funny enough the original company folded and they took over financing.

Far from being woke. I resisted but my wife somehow talked me into it.

Launch is actually just the servicer. I’m pretty familiar with them but they don’t have any authority to do anything. Who did you originally finance through?

How do you suggest I proceed? Contact a lawyer? Researching online a lot of suggestions to contact the solar company first to see if they will agree to something but I don’t see that happening.

So you want to win the lawsuit to let them come back and frick your roof up
