Which trigger recommended for MP Shield Plus?

I have a Shield 9mm, not a plus. I put an Alex trigger and new iron sights. I can't remember, but I think Ameri-glo.

I kinda like the trigger on my wife's Plus.
What don't you like about yours? I mean it's not perfect but it's safe and fool proof for most casual shooters using it for EDC.

Stock. From what I've seen S&W has slipstreamed the Apex features into their stock trigger. I did a Burwell job on my original Shield but I didn't bother on the Plus.
