So what's the consensus? How does one tune in to watch the out of market preseason games?

Get someone's youtube tv. I did it for years. They can give you their login info and it'll last as long as preseason at the least.

I’ve got a YouTube TV account and it is out of my market. I’m stuck watching the Falcons unless I find a fix or want to stay up past midnight to watch the NFL Network rebroadcast.

Isn’t there some YouTube channel where someone streams the broadcast to?

Does YouTube TV register your home market to your billing address or to where you are logged in at the time your watching?

Can I use a VPN and select a server in the in market area and see those games?

They don't live in the Saints broadcast area

I use an app called fake gps. It makes your phone think that you are somewhere else and you can choose the location. If you use that app to tell your phone that you are in New Orleans then YouTube TV on your phone will think that you are in New Orleans and you can watch the game. You can cast it from your phone to your TV.
