They were producing like crazy a few weeks ago, but they’ve quit. Plants are still growing though. Any ideas?

I'm still making some peppers, but my tomatoes have all pretty much died off, or are in the process.
I had a good tomato season though. We picked over 1,500 Cherry, Roma, Creole, and Beefsteaks this year!

Peppers still kicking butt
Water and fertilize
Banana peppers, Pepperoncini, and Jimmy Nardello still on fire
The more I pick the more flowers come

Keep them alive and they'll start producing again in Sept-Oct

In years past, my bell pepper plants would either slow down or if they did make fruit, it would get "sun scald spots" on them in the heat of mid to late summer.
However, my hot pepper varieties loved the heat and would thrive this time of year. Just have to keep them watered and let them do their thing.
Edited to add this: Being in pots, they WILL dry out quicker than if in the ground, so watering, probably daily, is essential. I have many potted plants between the 2 porches and patio area and I have to water them daily this time of year.
