Billy Bender and Oliver Bub (which do sound like made up names) represented the Red, White, & Blue in Men's Pair Rowing and just advanced to the Semi-Final from their Group.

We got back-to-back American Women Fencing Matches right now as they both individually (Tartakovsky and Skarbonkiewicz) attempt to advance to the Sweet 16 in their tournament.

Tartakovsky (2022 NCAA National Champ) blows a lead and gets bounced.
Skarbonkiewicz became completely unhinged and gave up a 2 point lead to allow 7 straight points to her Turk competitor. Brutal.
0-2 for Team USA there.

USA can redeem itself by getting through Tatiana Nazlymov to the Round of 32 now.
Fun Fact: Nazlymov was recently accused by another USA Teammate of match fixing. Which leads me to wanting to watch but not wager on her match starting shortly.

Tati Nazlymov (USA) was trailing 12-8.
What does the alleged match fixer do?
She takes a moment to compose herself (and possibly allow some more in-match wagers to be placed on her) and rallies to lead 14-12 before ultimately losing by a score of 15-14.
While all USA Women have now been eliminated in the event, Tati has still earned a special place in my heart with her thirst trap Instagram profile photo, Ivy League Pedigree, mysterious match fixing aura, and lovely smile.
Hope to see more of her in L.A.
