EA sports- how to get in touch.

Having issues playing the new NCAA 25 online. My PS network email is linked to some random “hxjwijxjf@ea.disabled.com or somethin. There is no way to link my EA account with my PlayStation account bc it keeps flagging the PSN email. I’ve tried the chat but the minutes never count down and I just waited for hours+ when it says wait time of 15 mins. I’ve opened two cases but have yet to even have them reply to an email. The main reason I purchased a ps5 and this game is to play family and friends and this is absolutely infuriating currently. If anyone has a solution I’d very much appreciate the feedback. Thanks

I had to do the same shite for some reason, absolutely infuriating. This is why every game that makes you create an account on a publisher website in order to play is 100% bullshite. I tried creating a new EA account to re-link the gamertag but it gave me the same error and told me that the account was already linked to an existing disabled account 9c****@disabled.ea.com (not even the part before the @ remotely resembled my email)
I did the chat option, it actually put me through in 10 minutes or so despite it telling me it would be 15+. The guy immediately unlinked it from the disabled account and I was able to link it back to my existing EA account
I'm guessing what happens is that your account gets a disable flag from nonuse. I haven't played an EA game in years, so I'm guessing it put me on a disable list despite being able to log in with my credentials. It's just a matter of unlinking from the bogus disabled account and re-attaching it to your main

Thank you. I finally got thru to chat and they got me lined out. After the 39-8 arse raping I just took from bama online maybe I shoulda stayed in exhibition mode.
