My last VA appointment i had some dread head from NY on telehealth because otherwise it would be 6 months for an inpersin visit. Was my initial consult for the local clinic since I used to travel to go elsewhere for my primary.
Acted clueless the whole time. Said even though im 39 since i have no fam history of colon Cancer she's not worried about any screenings.... Took 7 weeks for the meds she " prescribed" to show up in the mail.
I finally got them to send me for an eye exam through community care. ( thanks trump) Got my script... all the VA had to s
do was schedule me to pick out which frames i want.
4 weeks i get letter.. " we tried to call and schedule but no one answered. Call us to schedule"
I call... lady says again ph yea i called you... i asked what number she has for me. Its mine. I look in my phone log again and sse zero missed calls from their office. No voicemails. Call her out on her bullshite and ask when i can come pick out my frames.
" our next available appointment is in november"
