How to get rid of dog urine smell outside my house?

We have 2 small dogs that stay inside, when they are let out to do their business. They always pee within 10' of the front door.
Now when I approach the house, I am met with the smell of dog piss.

Is there something that I can spray to make them go somewhere else and get rid of the smell? I wash the area down with the water hose every other day.
