According to the label 0.75 oz per acre. Which is equivalent to 0.49 g per 1000 sq ft or 1/8 teaspoon per 1000 sq ft.

He said MSMA, not MSM Turf.

Not sure if he’s trying to mix the two or what exactly he’s asking (since said “with”). You can mix them, but not sure why and much much higher risk of torching the Bermuda.

Generally, 1 oz/ksqft is a moderate mix for MSMA. In this heat, I would not suggest to go any stronger. If anything needs to be treated after, spot treat those areas.

* As usual, note MSMA is not labeled for residential use.

My bad, you are correct……lol. Then I’d state that MSMA is not labeled (i.e., violation of Federal law) for use on residential lawns and some of the lawn professionals (ronk, etc.) that post on the H&G might not answer the question for that reason. In my previous occupation we could never put anything in writing that might violate a federal label restriction, as it might be a good way to potentially lose one’s job……

that’s true and in my former job we might speak of “hypotheticals” of what would work off the record - never in writing. MSMA use to be labeled for residential use, but no longer. I guess b/c the arsenic in formulation the EPA wanted to restrict its wide-spread use and put it in the hands of professionals, though it’s not a “restricted use” chemical, meaning one does not need a license to buy it.

The label will tell you what you can mix with it.

I have multiple conversations with my lawn at night. I offended it recently when I talked to it as a lawn. I apologized and now it identifies as a golf course. Politics of today have made its way to grass!!
