Wife and I will be in Vegas for the LSU game. Tried to secure reservations at Golden Steer, but on the wait list. Her birthday is that weekend so I’m looking for options and opinions. Thanks and Geaux Tigers!

There are plenty of places that have good prime rib in Vegas. And as a last resort you could go to Bacchanal in Caesars.

Lawry's does a fine prime rib from a tableside cart in an old school style (even spinning the salad).
A more upscale option is NoMad Library and get the American Wagu Prime Rib for two. Great Place for a birthday celebration
