Really smart of Langdon to steal Vinson knowing he was moving on from Williams. Vinson probably knew this when he took the job. Detroit needs all the shot doctor help they can get for that core.
Detroit is really committed to Langdon and will likely let him lay the foundation for success. I don't think he's going to have the pressure of winning from day 1 which will allow him time to assemble a team he wants.
