I have a Bluetti eb70 with a 240 watt solar panel. It’s 700 watt hour I use it tailgating. A couple of things I will recommend.

Make sure you get one that can charge and output at the same time. Do not buy one that does not.
Make sure it’s got Lifepo4 batteries.

Do a watt usage analysis on what you need and always go bigger than needed.

Lastly if it’s too good to be true it probably is and walk.

Best brands
Bluetti
Goal zero
Ecoflow

You’re more than likely not going to be able to afford a system to run your home or even close to things you would need to power during an outage. I looked into it and to run everything my 9000 watt gas would do would have cost me 30K.

If you want to get serious about battery backups, you either need to spend a fortune or go DIY.
Just a good inverter will cost as much as a similarly powered generator before you even get into storage. Not practical at all unless you are off grid.
Batteryhookup is the best place in the US to score DIY storage and you’re still going to spend $40-200 per KWh depending on condition, chemistry, density, and practicality.

For what? Tailgating? Get a suitcase generator that'll run for a day on a gallon of gas.

For home backup? You talking big battery banks and big solar panels to support those needs.
