I wanted to give the officer the benefit of the doubt pending bodycam video but as soon as they claimed it was not there I knew this was breaking bad,
The city, police and DA there are stuck on stupid. Scheffler and the PGA are not playing hardball as they could and they have not dropped the charges. I do not think Scheffler wants to file suit but it will happen if charges are not dropped soon.
This cop had previous discipline and I would bet dollars to donuts he has a big file in New Orleans.

Apparently he was pretty good at issuing tickets too
