Small-medium sized privacy/shade tree

Recently moved and my backyard has no trees. I have 30 ft from back porch to fence line, and that fence line is parallel with West/East (my back porch facing directly North).
What are some good trees that will provide privacy and provide some canopy without intruding into my neighbor’s yard behind me? Looking to plant 2 or 3 trees about 7-10 ft from the fence line.

Chinese elm, all day every day. Looks great with good shade and grows pretty quickly.
