The problem could be Gayle and the organization if said document is a cover and true but unimportant. Alternatively, the problem could be something political through LSED to stir trouble and create doubt in the Benson organization ahead of talks about the SKC. We don't know either way but if it's the latter then LSED did well to get their message out first, if with the responses in this thread evidence of such.

Exactly, too many read a headline and jump to a conclusion. OP posts headline that is misleading. It is the LSED that is not living up to the contract. This is what a business person does with the leverage they have when the other party is not living up to their contractual obligations. I saw someone elsewhere mention that this may be Landry trying to put his nose into the deal by having LSED withhold documentation as leverage. Not sure how much he is involved.
