So, your working theory is that the person building these apartments is doing it in violation of zoning laws and no one is doing anything about it?!?
Obviously, zoning laws were already considered.
The most shocking thing about spending time on TD is discovering that most of the users are communists. Whether it is CFB/NIL or real estate, most folks around here hate free market capitalism.

Ha. It’s no coincidence the names you see on mayoral and city council campaign posters are the same you see on construction sites. Zoning isn’t etched in stone.
