Not trying to protect anyone, but it’s hard to argue to put juveniles with pics of their girlfriends in jail for this and similarly call them a sex offender for having sex with a girl their age when it’s against the law and label them for life.
I don’t know the right answer but this doesn’t seem all wrong.

Well carving out slices for them (like our "sexting" laws) seems prudent. Like we do with Romeo and Juliet laws.
