What is the underlying crime in the NY case that allowed for the felony charges? I absolutely guarantee you can’t name it. Because the prosecutor couldn’t name it. Dershowitz isn’t asking you to believe or trust him. His argument is that if cameras were allowed in the courtroom, then we could all see for ourselves.
Only one side thinks you should only be able to see their version of events. I’m sorry if I’m going to side with the one that is promoting more transparency.
