Mind you that doesn’t make him near the level of the usual suspects on here if you were to ask them… but a fairly knowledgeable person to know bullshite in a courtroom when he sees it.
In all the time I've been here, I think there are maybe two criminal attorneys. Possibly one has federal criminal experience. I'm not sure how many are admitted to the NY bar.
I read through these threads and am amazed at some of the things that get posted and possibly accepted as fact on here.

You mean SFP being a Lake Charles divorce lawyer doesn't make him an expert on all aspects of law? Someone probably needs to tell SFP.
