It should piss everyone off because they are gouging. All of the big companies have been doing so. The middle class, lower class, and small businesses are getting fricked.
I got so fed up with it at my business from the large multi-national suppliers gouging that I've gone directly to the source to get materials. I'm even more angry now that I know what they were paying from Asia and then reselling to me. Jokes on them. They pissed me off enough that I'm finding a way to bypass them.

So consumer staples - both retail and supply - have pricing power to consistently gouge over time?
