I’m between Moore and Norman. The original tornado that was around Union City and Mustang was heading toward my direction. The new circulation took over and switched the storm direction to straight east. We got lucky. Now just getting rain. Sirens did go off twice as a precaution. I didn’t see us getting this craziness based on earlier model projections. But hey, Mother Nature does what she wants.

Glad to hear. Same for me except opposite. When it was NW of OKC it appeared was headed to north OKC/Edmond area. Then took a SE turn and saved my bacon. Got heavy rain and hail.
Some areas got clobbered. Will be some damage once they can assess.

The HRRR picked up on the southern cell. It had it run a bit in NW OK, but eventually getting absorbed into the line. It seemed to have found a boundary of some sort, maybe outflow from the storms up north, and just road it, feasting on a decent environment. Models just can't catch all the mesoscale features at play some days.
