The people putting the order together deserve a tip but not $200. It shouldn’t be a percentage at that point. Don’t care if they have it pre programmed in their pos system.

I kind of feel this way about retail delivery. Hypothetically, I shouldn’t have to tip more for 1 bag worth $1000 vs. 1 bag worth $20.
